The basis of this cleansing program is to help remove waste and debris from the bloodstream and to cleanse and maintain elimination via the colon. This Seven Day Cleanse is recommended for everyone at least two times per year.
Our Cleansing Program is designed so that the organs and glands of the body can take a much needed rest. Eat nothing for a full 7 days, other than what is specified, during the program. (If you are hypoglycemic or diabetic, please consult your naturopath/ doctor.) Drink a glass of water in addition to what is given in the instructions, and whenever you feel hungry. Be sure to drink at least one gallon of water per day. Plenty of water is essential to the success of the cleansing program.

One empty jar with a tight cover. (A hand blender may be used instead) JUICE - 2 Tablespoons up to ¼ cup mixed with water. (Your choice of apple, grape, orange, or pineapple juice.) STARTING THE CLEANSE
The evening before commencing the program, take 2 - 8 Herbal Laxative Tablets (#9A). To more thoroughly eliminate fecal accumulation (optional), slowly inject -using the baby rectal syringe - one cup of olive oil into the rectum. Massage the bowel gently and try to retain this oil until morning. If necessary, use an enema or a colonic the next morning to make sure the lower colon has been emptied.
EACH day for 7 days, take the following:
Pour about 1 inch (or two tablespoons) of your choice of fruit juice into the pint jar. (This is to prevent the mixture from jelling too quickly and to give your drink flavor, although it is not necessary.) Add at least 10 ounces of water. Add 1 tablespoonful of SONNE'S #7 (Detoxificant). Lastly, add 1 heaping teaspoonful of SONNE'S #9 (Intestinal Cleanser) Put the cover on tightly and shake vigorously for 12 - 15 seconds. Drink quickly. Follow with clear water, if desired.
1 ½ hours after taking the above cleansing combination, take:
6 SONNE'S #10 (Greenlife®) Tablets
1 SONNE'S #3 (Wheat Germ Oil) Capsules
1 SONNE'S #17 (Natural Source Vitamin C) Tablets
2 SONNE'S #18 (Whole Beet Plant Juice) Tablets
If your weight is under 150 lbs - 4 times per day - 3 hours apart
If your weight is over 150 lbs - 5 times per day - 3 hours apart
Take this combination the desired number of times each day. In the course of the day you will have consumed 24 Greenlife ® Tablets, 4 Wheat Germ Oil Capsules, 4 Vitamin C Tablets, and 8 Beet Juice Tablets.
