Well, duh. Like if that website were any news. That site has been up for quite a while and I laugh at the idea that it aims to be a groklaw contender.

all you get on it is a few outdated court filings without commentary or reference to anything of relevance whatsoever.

All I can say to them (sco) is: good luck.

My comments are mine, not SCO's nor anyone else's

I would love to have one of those anti-procrastination pills as soon as they become available. The problem I see however is that I will probably postpone taking the pill until the minute I really think I need it, which it might be too late.

How about just answering the guy's question?

Cultural references aside, americans don't fare any better in the world arena when it comes to smartness (witness the recurring stereotype of yankees in Europe).

It's so double-standard to look at others in contempt and not at your own failings. It's called hypocrisy.

What is wrong with a genuine question as the one posted here? Is it soooooo difficult to give a straight answer? Or is it that you try to disguise your own ignorance with sarcasm and deprecation?

Are you now going to conclude that I'm also a whiner, thereby I must also be ....Canadian?

Very Right! Could get even worse!

My take is that anyone from the Linux community participating in the "fairer" (what a joke) test should instead release a disclaimer stating the fact that any test that does not include colaboration from Linux people is invalid!!

I suggest Linus, Alan Cox or anyone from Linux simply put out an open letter stating their discontent with the issue of secret tests, and avoiding being pawns in M$ propaganda machine.
