I think that you CAN use Nomad as external hard drive. Specifications say something like "Transfer music and data files with lightning-fast SB1394/FireWire connectivity". And I am shure that you can use Creative Jukebox (Nomad) Zen as external hard drive.
It doesn't make sense. They could alter lenght of the tracks by few (milli)seconds and thus change the CDDB fingerprint, if that was the intention. But I don't think that anyone cares that much about ID3 tags that lack of them would stop them from getting the pirated songs.
And you can restore missing ID3 tags in few seconds with MoodLogic.
Yeah, imagine when few hundred years in the future someone speaking Chinarabspanglish tries to understand / decypher some of the Underworld lyrics:

You are wasting money on CPU (IMHO), because it will be obsolete in few months when new socket 939 comes out, you will have only one upgrade option (FX53?) and hard time selling it for even half of what you've paid.
If you want good NVIDIA <200$ card, check new FX5700 models. But if you give so much money on CPU, it is a shame to be held back by mid-class video card. How will you explain to yor friends that your hot new 3200$ FX51 machine cannot play games in max resolution?:)

Heh, you would be surpsised how many people _wants_ a 60GB Creative Jukebox Zen and don't even ask for the price.

And one more difference: Athlon 64 and FX support DDR 400 memory, and Opteron supports "only" DDR333.
Creative does not manufacture video cards, AFAIK they are made by MSI (Micro-Star).
