  2. Re:The Art Worst Editing on The Art of Cable Folding · · Score: 2, Insightful

Welcome to the new Slashdot, were folding a ribbon cable is newsworthy. I think it's time people like you and I, and the thousands of users who have been here even longer than us, faced facts and admit that Slashdot just isn't aimed at us anymore.

Geez--what a sourpuss. I have been here longer than you, and there have always been different types of stories.

There's this thing on the right side of your browser called a scrollbar. Feel free to use it.

Or, since you are trying really hard to show your eliteness, why don't you direct it towards something actually useful and write something interesting for others to read.

    Ouch!

  5. Re:What is the alternative? on Microsoft Sends Broken Stylesheets to Opera · · Score: 1

Nobody is forcing you to do anything.

And nobody is forcing MS to do anything either. People are complaining that there is a problem. If noone complained, there would be less chance (if any) that the site would get fixed.

If you don't like Opera, don't use msn.com.

Why? Maybe some people like using Opera and they also like using MSN. Is that a reason to not fix them problem?

Your comment's mod level is seriously inflated.
  6. Sub-average posting skill on More NerdCore Science Fiction From Cory Doctorow · · Score: 4, Funny

Your ability to post a negative comment about someone who has spent a lot of time on something they care about (and giving it away for free) is rather average. It's hardly worth the score 5 you currently have. The over-capitalization of words and excruciatingly uninspired or thought-provoking critique really does not matter.

Nowadays, everyone with a slashdot account thinks they're a critic!
