that was alleged for one student. i'm assuming they're getting him for all of the files shared on his network as well. even then i have a hard time believing 652000 songs. that's about 2.5years non stop of music, non repeating, no commercial interruptions.
i think the RIAA is trying to bring up the numbers in their suit as an example for others, as a poor tactic of intimidation.
The resolution on these devices is horrible. Most of the PCI devices i've seen are more expensive, and have less resolution than a simple (and cheap) ART scope.
