    In Chile the RUT (Unique Identification Number) is not secret. There are third party web sites that find a RUT given your name, and those are not illegal.

    Numbers and upper- and lowercase letters and puntuation are not needed. Just add another word: "onepairofbluestinkysocks" has as much entropy (or more) as "1PaR0fSt1nkYS0cks!"

    Anyway, grammatical sentences need to be much longer to have 44 bits of entropy.

    There should be nor arguing about CCTLDs. All CCTLDs, (except for .uk, which is an oddity) are in ISO 3166-1. The standard may be right or wrong, accurate or vague, fair or unfair, but it's a standard.

    .gb would be standard.

    The real benefit of the meter is that the British yard (0.9144 m) was different form the Spanish vara (0.836 m), and they were different from the French verge (1.045 m). Hours, minutes and seconds are all the same in most (or all) of the world.

    What is called the apostrophe key is a straight symbol never to be used in modern typography. A curly apostrophe is identical to the right single quotation mark.

    I assume you'll be surprised that for many people, weigh means: to hold up or balance, as in the hand, in order to estimate the amount of mass;

    You are wrong. You can use French when programming. You want your variables and comments in French. But it's ridiculous to have your keywords also in French. It is debatable if it is a good idea to have libraries translated into another language. Here an example in PHP
