There hasn't been a government elected by the majority of Canadians since 1949! In fact I remember a government that publicly stated they would abolish a national sales tax and then didn't! That same government lasted for 7 years, through two elections, never getting more than 41% of the vote! Shocking I tell you. Just shocking.
I used to condemn fat people for their over use of pretty much everything. Now I relish crowds of fat people, especially people my age, as I know their early deaths will result in fewer people fighting for scarce resources in the future!
Eat up!
(Ok, I know it may be possible that what we are really talking about here is utilization rates of resources, and not total usage per person, but this is just a Slashdot post, give me a break!)
Actually, a mil is the angle made by an isosceles triangle with 1000m long sides and a 1m base. Oddly enough, there are 6400 of these in a circle. It is used in navigation, and for determining the distance to objects of known size.

The obese only consume more until they are in their mid 50's. After their deaths the thin and healthy live longer lives but and consume more than fat people over their lifespan.

They make base boards with space for cabling on the inside. Very efficient.
