whilst it's true that at the moment the XB and the GCube do seem to be hopelessly languishing - I've a suspicion that the playing feild will begin to level, especially in the USA, once the market is flooded with units.
Also, the potential of the XB seems to be greater than the other too, because of the number excellent PC titles in development; though this does assume that their is the audience for 'PC' games console! Title's like Unreal Championship (see this preview) on XBox could make a difference, though the the number of new titles in dev for GCube do seem rather too limited..
