and all the linux users will have phones that don't conform to the standard... but with a microsoft chip and some apple wires we can all hopefully use both... sometimes..
well, take a loook at what is on each of those types of channels. on the kids channels the tv studio can just put up a bunch of crap that either has a positive social message or where stuff blows up. the music channels on the other hand rarely have music on them anymore. they are just like the kids channels in some respect, the tv studio has shows or on the rare occasion a music video is played a video where stuff blows up or has a negative social message. if someone were to create a gaming television channel it would have to have substance. we don't need another channel with mind numbing idiot programming on it.
also look at other techie television stations like tech tv. i love the station to death, but come on. they have at most 6 hours of programming that they repeat all week long. one of their shows is already dedicated to gaming and they cover most of the mainstream gameing market in their time slot. it seems to me that a gaming television channel would run out of content too quick and then to produce content there would be a lot of sub standard shows.
