That some people (such as the BiKom group mentioned towards the end), grasp any technological advancement as an opportunity to deprive "citizens" (see also: plebs) of their privacy (National ID cards, "citizen card", GPS in rented cars).
1. it seems to give better sound quality for the same quantity of bytes.
2. encoding to Ogg is legal, unlike encoding to MP3 when using ISO-code based encoder (pretty much any encoder i know. enlighten me if im wrong).
3. "Ogg" sounds cooler than "MP3"
Maybe their newsgroups are intended to answer QNX, rather than FreeBSD questions ?
Please consider this hypothesis. you can easily excersise it by posting a valid *QNX related* question to their newsgroup.
BTW, as the whole FreeBSD kernel runs in a single address space, and supervisor privilege, a faulty device driver may crash your (otherwise stable) kernel.
I generally know that the Neutrino microkernel is faster than Mach, but have anyone ever made (and published the results of) performance comparision between Neutrino, Mach and L4 ?
Such devices` microwave emissions are mostly harmful.
Both because microwave is a non-ionizing radiation,
and because the radiation which gets to you is decreased by distance^2, therefore negligible.
you will probably enjoy this toy better if you dont have to be afraid from sudden brain frying...

If it's a joke - I couldnt find it, so: this NAP is not for Napster. Its for Network Access Provider.
