How many years did it take for viable evidence that smoking kills? Also he did not state it was dangerous because you cannot prove it is dangerous, just that you are naive doe thinking it is not dangerous solely on there not having been any visible side effects.
so now you are going to complain that there is a default app store? You are free to use whatever app store supports android, and that app can be on them..
Oh look another AC toll who cannot post a logical comment so therefore has to resort to ad homenims.
So I guess that means you do believe that the/. editors should rewrite the article based on your own personal biases.
You are correct, it is not 3 companies ganging up on Google, it is a crap load of companies ganging up on Google.
I have no problems with any company steamrolling smaller less efficiant companies, as long as they are not breaking the law. MS broke the law to steam roll those companies, Google is not. Microsoft tied IE to the OS, Google has not tied maps to the OS.
BTW I used to work for Microsoft, I just happen to also have knowledge of logic
No, it just invalidates the first part of your point, not the entire point.. But than again this is a site that needs to make money to live, so driving traffic is not necessarily a bad thing.
Oh and I take it you missed this little gem on March 21 by him:
"Hi Spamhaus, despite allowing your crap to be back up for a day or so, i see our demands still have not been met.
stand by for more." --March 21
So I believe that should work as your proof
So in other words, the only evidence you will take is for him to tell you himself, or maybe them putting it on their website would work for you as well....
Since it was a quoted message you can assume that it was his words. The location and type of message does not matter.
At some point you have to either trust that the journalist was professional, or not, up to you.
So where is the evidence that Cyberbunker has anything to do with this?
I appreciate the things the Spamhaus people do, but they don't exactly have a spotless record when it comes to accurately pointing fingers.
Did you read the article? If you did you would have spotted this:
Questioned about the attacks, Sven Olaf Kamphuis, an Internet activist who said he was a spokesman for the attackers, said in an online message that, “We are aware that this is one of the largest DDoS attacks the world had publicly seen.” Mr. Kamphuis said Cyberbunker was retaliating against Spamhaus for “abusing their influence.”
“Nobody ever deputized Spamhaus to determine what goes and does not go on the Internet,” Mr. Kamphuis said. “They worked themselves into that position by pretending to fight spam.”
.. you may have unwittingly entered into a partnership which doesn't shield you from liability, and it sounds like it's too late to withdraw without consequences.;-)
Why should google payoff a company without proof it infringes, or do you believe everything you read and when someone says it is infringed it has to be infringed.
As for why they are doing it now, it is because it becomes harder to submarine a standard if you are part of the process, or a practicing entity.

Or he could mean that moto/google should just give up and let apple have it all, lol
Some have been doing that for ears, aka the Sony Station Pass

You do realize that is not his post, that is him copying and pasting someone else's statement, and you spoke about hearsay earlier?

Until they figure out what gene makes people look nice, or gives big breasts, everyone one want those.
Genes amplified by a product of nature, therefore are products of nature.
If I remember the last time genetic tests were involved they threw it out.
Very reasonable.
Really? They own the entire thing, and estimates put the total number of cells in the human body between 10-100 TRILLION..

AC did you not even read the article? This is not about free "loaders" at all, this is about fud, and making a patent portfolio stand out.
All legislation has the pass the house.
If you had read the article, that is NOT what it was. It was to gauge if they had enough votes to pass the bill.
Wait, Amazon owns fedex and UPS now? Corporations that pay taxes to use those roads?
Coppied, as in taking the look feel and other aspects, or have your code stolen?
