    ...again.. they were NOT acting as ISP.. They had a site which was CLEARLY identified as an MSN Site (with all the ads and links) Therefore, as this is THEIR site.. they are liable for the content. Had they just made the pictures available without saying "This is MSN!" then they wouldn't have lost.
