IMHO: Finally get rid of that "Certificate check" stuff!
Reality check: people do not use certificates to check recipient validity. They use SSL to cover traffic in transit. Man in the middle attack is much more remote possibility than having unencripted traffic flow.
People that didn't check certificates are getting what they ought to.
On my review Opera is a very moderate product, crashes with segfaults often, uses weird navigation. I deleted it and returned to Mozilla and Konqueror, which at least not crashes so hard...
In Rehoboth Beach, VA there is a lot of arcades and about 5 or 6 pinball machines...

I think they afraid of unfair benchmarks. Benchmarks that are biased to different product. It happens all the time, not only with.net, but as far as I remembemer, with Linux...
1. For PostgreSQL you can go to PostgreSQL website - they offer paid support. PostgreSQL is much better for OLAP solutions. MySQL is very fast but I really don't like its design - no transactions, etc... 2. You can go to mandrake-linux.com for some other solutions... 3. Probably RedHat. I don't know for sure. 4. Probably you can get Red Hat support 24/7 For business cases in Mandrake you may click here...
Have you really saw it? I expect about 80% of people are of type 1, so when you'll try to market product like Bob, you'll get A LOT of bad words from people who do not like it...
Yea, great. There are already 2 categories of people that use computers 1) That hate distractions. They are better working alone and in silence. They love passive interface. Windows95-like interface is very passive and is made exactly for them - it does nothing until you do anything. 2) That love distractions. These people (including me) have maximum productivity if they are near other people, can chat, etc. When leaved alone - becomes depressed and looping in unproductive mode. That people usually put walking sheeps on screen - it allows them have at least some interactivity for their stucked brains. For them a wizard-like, chatting interface is much better than original silence. Unfortunately, most decisions on interface made by people who are persons type 1. If you hate chatting, dialoged interface - you are type 1 and this interface is obviously not for you. But let us, people who cannot live without interactions, have some useful distraction from computer!
rpm -Va checks the changes in files in all packages, including time changes and MD5 sum changes against their original values! Is there any way to do this with dpkg?
decay can easily be measured as a result of rpm -Va | wc -l (check all packages and count lines of mistakes) In my case its value on my working horse notebook is 26644, on moderately used server it's 25535 On new machine it should be near 0... BTW What command do you have on Debian machines to check all packages?
I tried to transfer custom-made system from Linux/RedHat on Sun SparcStation to Linux/RedHat on x86. The one and only problem was with endianness. (BIG ENDIAN versus LITTLE ENDIAN).

For libraries, in that case, you can choose LGPL... ...,...,...,..., ...
That's it. And that
will be slight happy and the library still be free.
Incidentally, I chose to walk to work today!
What is your best wish?
I mean people like Alan Cox (who is AFAIK not thinking
to move to US anyway) and Linus Torvalds will think
twice before moving to US...
Linux can also weather that storm... by moving overseas...

Just curious, does, for example, passing a
CISCO security specialist certification
make you "security professional" ?
CD-RW disks are pretty cheap...
what about CD-RWs for the same purposes?
I was in a great trouble when my floppy disks refused to read after backup...

I just have large cursors in Linux
in KDE
Settings(Icon) -> Peripherials -> Mouse -> select
"use large cursors".
Then restart your X11.
That's it.
