i would have to say its cingular. not only are cingulars billing and customer relations horrible (lets say they magically made my $500 deposit pay a $200 cancellation fee and make me still owe $400 now and ruin my credit) but i NEVER.. EVER got good reception. ANYWHERE. outside i can get reception some places, go in a car or building, dead. I now have a verizon 3g (gsm) phone and it works great, awesome reception places id never dreamed of with cingular.
