  1. Big Brother Benetton on Benetton Clothing to Carry RFID Tags · · Score: 1

Just what I want is Benetton's warehouse tracking my movements and where my clothes are =)...I feel like Wil Smith...where's Gene Hackman when you need him! Forget Benetton...I don't buy there clothes anyway...but my woman does the Sisley thing.

  2. no more MS users......=) on More on Longhorn · · Score: 2, Insightful

Surely, someone in Redmond must realize that they will be driving their userbase away in droves. First there is all the licensing bullcrap which we have even now. But then throw in all the Palladium etc crap and there will be mass converts no doubt....I can swear now that I will never partake in any of that....no thank you, who needs it? No one.

  3. Seg-jacking! on Segway HT Starts Selling · · Score: 2, Insightful

As cool as these segways may be the price is astronomical but understandable when we consider the engineer behind it. This does bring up the issue of people stealing Segways or worse yet "jacking" them as they say in the hood. I bet that within the 1st 6 months someone will have this happend to them and get their assed kicked in the process. Anyone? You'd think that with all his whiz-bangery Mr Kamen would conceive of an out of this world security technology to mate with this =). nobbist

  4. Environmental Impact DUH!! AOL CD's all over again on In Stores Soon: Perishable DVDs · · Score: 1

I am simply disgusted at this. As if we were not disgusted enough with AOL sending us trash that adds to our landfills. I will never use any of these disposable DVD's when they hit shelves out of my moral objection to this. Why do we never learn. Car companies are spending billions researching fuel alternatives, we are trying to recycle out the ying-yang and something like this comes along and makes it all for not. I'm sure Fry will find these DVD's melting on that giant ball of garbage in space. I'm out...later.
