    Okay, you can tell someone how to commit murder and get away clean. This is less bad than that. You can also publish atom bomb blueprints (double edition) - all good.

    Anyway, manufacturing silencers is legal with licensing (Should be just plain legal, but anyway... making instructions is hardly illegal.

    Making a silenced weapon is perfectly legal. In Europe, it's mandatory for hunting rifles.

    Screw Margaret Mitchell's kids - they have no moral claim to royalties from a book they had nothing to do with. The only realy reason to make copyright survive a writer's death is so there's no incentive to kill him so you don't have to pay the royalties.

    Care to define what a "fair and competitive wage" is? What is the magic formula you have that spits out the "correct" number?

    The wage where you get enough people to do your job without importing them. Software jobs are challenging, but it isn't some secret bit of knowledge.

    Liberal justices are more likely to claim "interstate commerce" or "general welfare" give them the responsibility to decide what's best. Eg: California medical marijuana.

    It is exactly like learning Japanese, except that you're in 1850 japan and if you say the wrong thing to the wrong person, they cut your head off. Sort of.

    Because the 90% thing is misleading; if you bothered to work out a credible business plan, you've already mapped some or most of the risks, know how much it's going to cost, and have a decent idea of what sort of market share and market size you can get to. This removes you from the 90% figure because you can toss the plans with a low chance of success and stack the game in your favor.

    Anyway, a lot of business failures (the ones that could've worked) are due to either underfunding or poor leadership. Good to know how much cash you need to get in the game before you start.

    Why should we remove all color from our language because someone might misunderstand it? Anyway, I'm tired of the non-native speaker dodge - People do the city as industry center thing everywhere - Dubai, Milan, Tokyo, Singapore, Stockholm, Zurich.

    Who cares? Write a decent business plan and your odds just went way up.

    The difference is that SLJ is Samuel L Fucking Jackson and has millions from his other movies to fall back on: he doesn't have to work ever. Random game devs are just working stiffs with a somewhat interesting job.
