The first and last time I was on the Lake Express it got a mile from shore one of the engines failed and they had to turn back. 2 hours wasted and I still had to drive through Chicago.....it can sink for all I care.
If all cell phones had a switch like the Treo to easily silence the ringer the world would be a better place!
My first machine was a Packard Bell 386SX2 it rocked Space Quest and a Kings Quest but I always wanted to have an Amiga....it was the coolest!
They choose Salina becuase they needed a very long runway for takeoff; it's a 12,000 foot runway that they used to train B52 bomber's during WW2.
