    If you settled, then you settled. Short of a class action law suit (in which you might be awarded a DRM-laden Britney Spears CD) or the Attorney General prosecuting for RICO/fraud/etc, it's a closed case.

    Konfabulator and Dashboard widgets are based on html/xml, css, and javascript, too. It doesn't need to be limited or require internet access.

    The PS3 version is a buggy mess. Maybe the PC or 360 are better.

    • General hangs (sometimes rendering the PS3 entirely unresponsive)
    • Not exiting target mode after the round finishes, while enemies continue to attack you
    • slowdown/hang/inability to select body parts in target mode
    • getting stuck in rocky areas/rubble (jumping/climbing sucks)
    • I've found at least one solid building wall that I could walk through (there was no building interior)
    • The scene where you follow Liberty Prime locked up on me halfway through, repeatedly.

    I love the game, but most of the time I quit is because my PS3 is hung.

    Is there an overwhelming need for 3 (or 1 or any number) million new government employees? Sure, the patent office needs a few more, but doubling the staff at the DMV won't help LaTrella paint her fingernails and get back to work any faster.
