Yes, we can all agree that global warming is occuring. However, the post stated that there was not cosensus on "man-caused" global warming. There are still experts that believe we are not the cause.
This all depends on which flavor of linux you install. Personally, I think it faster to install Windows than a Debian distro, at least before the new stable version was released (there-by producing new install disks). It normally took 2 or 3 ttries to get it right. But, that doesn't mean windows is better.. hehe.

Personally, I would stick to IDE, unless you plan on having a UPS on your system, and you don't plan on doing restarts. From what I have heard, SCSI isn't too fond of shutting down hard.. or maybe that is just a Sun problem...
We live in a capatilist country. It is all about survival of the fittest. Times change, and in the past, companies have as well. Your local newspaper doesn't use the old antiquated printing press where you had to place each letter in the machine where you wanted it BY HAND. This is the same thing. Times change. Companies have to evolve to survive.
Just think: if the government had stepped in and made it necessary for every newspaper to use the old printing press, newspapers would only come out maybe once a week, and they would be quite small.
I believe that these are the same people that believe that there is "no need for a Department of Defense because there should peace on earth"...
shocking really..

If I remember correctly, adamantium isn't really an element, but a polymer. But, I could be wrong...
Well, there's our tax dollars at work. Can I get a nice big OOPS??

If Win boxes are stable, then Sun stations are really made by some guy at the center or our sun. Wait, I feel a crash coming on...
