In the old movies about UFO, generals used to run the show. But now, a colonel? And, even a captain can get his head into this?
And, how can an ET make a female human pregnant? That remind me something about the donkey+horse.
One of the explanation for the disappearance of GOOGLE in China is that the DNS has gone wrong, because you can easily access the GOOGLE with IP address.
If a site is censored or blocked, the IP address should not work. But it is not true this time.
