Yes, i am VERY surprised the FTC has a case over only one recording...puleeeze. Maybe it's really because the transcript would be too long.
I hope this sets a trend and continues to chop away at the recording industry pedestal, however, i'm looking at my watch thinking 'gee, they sure took their damn time'!
