Why doesn't slashdot simply cache the site they are posting themselves.
Or maybe just the rich content (such as images, movies, etc.)
Or what if they created a 'Slashdot Proxy' that only allowed connections to posted URLs?
There's gotta be some solution to the ongoing problem
