In my physics for engineer class we actually calculated that a cat will die from falling on the 5th floor but it will live if it falls from the 7th. The reasoning is it will reach its terminal velocity at around the 7th floor, and the feeling of weightlessness will relax them. The sudden landing will break their backs if they arent relaxed. All of this under the assumption that the cat is an average sized cat.
I dont mean to be rude or anything but its not the hydrogen-fluorine-carbon compounds that are bad for the ozone layer. The chlorine-fluorine-carbon compounds are. The reason we are using hydrogen-fluorien-carbon compounds with our non-industrial (not sure if they still use CFC's in industries) is because the chlorine reacts with the O3 and the hydrogen doesnt. Now i may be wrong because i learned it from my thermo prof earlier this year.

Thats 34 moles of gas produced from 2 moles of octane compared to 2 moles of gas produced from 2 moles of Hydrogen... now i would suspect that the octane would be more explosve if my math is correct.
im on the side of the little guy, but im also worried about the artists. its not that they dont make enough money but if you think about it, the artist will probably lose the money instead of their record companies. isnt it the artist gets like $.05 for every cd sold (dont quote me). so im sure the companies will screw over the artist instead of losing their few billion dollars.

now time is just a measurement(I.E. 1 sec., 3 min., 245 hours) so one person's measurement of a second or minute or even hour could be different from another (or even our norm). so you can have a 25 hour day but it will be as long as our "24 hour" day.
the reason they are gonna be losing money is not because of the drop (sure that helps), but because anyone selling the hardware will always take a loss on the system. the only gain they get is off the sales of the games. to my knowledge thats the reason why sega stopped making systems and are straight on making games. if someone else wrote this then im sorry, i didnt read all of the posts.
