This works because all ICMP error packets are required to contain the IP header and at least 8 more bytes of the packet that caused the error in the first place.
If I understand this correctly the specs don't actually say that the sequence number is there, it just happens to be in those eight bytes.
When I use msn search it will automaticly redirect to the dutch version, searching only.nl sites. Even when I click one of the links in this thread it will append &geovar=76
I guess reading English sites is considered harmful.
I think the author is refering to the embeding of other types of XML in a SVG image. You can for example use HTML and MathML inside an SVG file, or even your own XML based data format.
Example: You shouldn't be able to sit in the park reading the latest x-rated comic labeled, 'Commander Taco and the Three BSD Daemonettes'. The park's public property. Others might not wish to see Commander Taco getting it on with BSD chix0rz.

You can actually set the foreground and background color of the BSOD in some ini file. BSOD, GSOD, RSOD, PSOD, WSOD, YSOD...
