They're so damn cheap though that it hardly matters. I paid 400 dollars in 1993 for a 32" TV from Sam's Club. I finally ditched it in 2010 for a 48" 240hz 1080p flat screen TV that cost me 500 dollars on a black Friday at Tigermart. It was actually cheaper adjusted for inflation than the 32" boat anchor I bought in '93. I want a new TV but the damn flat screen wont quit working. Meanwhile my grandkids are watching the 32" beast at my son's house. I haven't had a TV go bad on me ever, I just get tired of them after a decade or so.

Good lord look at the money they've given Hillary Clinton, your next POTUS. Now you know why it smells so bad. It's rotten.

Just why then do you think people vote for all these Republican congressmen? Because they want more gun control and illegal immigrants? Look at Rubio, that immigration bill he came up with that President Obama praised as a good "starting point" caused him to get shelled in his home state of Florida. I live in a universe where not everyone thinks that it's okay to sit at home and spit out one kid after another at the expense of your working neighbors. Where it's not okay to swim the Rio Grande and set up shop here without going through a legal process and registering. Sure, you may like the things I don't like and it's a free country. You are entitled to your opinion but you don't seem to think I'm entitled to mine. I have news for you, in my universe I get to vote too.

I don't know, I think the obstructionism isn't going anywhere anytime soon. The big problem this year is that many conservative voters feel that their Republican representatives let them down by not doing enough to stop Obamacare. Thus you wind up with Trump. The good old boys that run the party hate him but he's got millions of people voting for him. I know people that registered to vote for the first time in decades just to support him. There's a lot of very pissed off people. Poor republican elites deserted by all their voters/serfs. You know you suck hard when people would rather have a rich, crazy, reality game-show star over you.

You haven't read up on how that's working out I take it? As Pelosi said, we had to pass it to find out what's in it. Now we're finding out. One company in particular has started working the system in many States to virtually take over. People, especially younger people, have started to figure out that they are better off to pay the penalty as it saves them many thousands of dollars. If they get something really bad they can always pick it up later. They need a lot more subsidies than they thought. A whole lot more. I don't think they're going to find the money for that anytime soon. Another couple of years and we'll pretty much have the whole story. I guess Hillary will get to fix it. Should be fun watching her work with a Republican congress.

I can make the case that it is their duty to represent their constituents interests in Congress. Most Republican congressmen have constituents that don't like the Presidents choices and haven't now for the last 8 years. They get to send people up to Washington D.C. to stymie his agenda which they feels threatens their way of life and their freedom. Most of the mayhem with Trump this election cycle is that the Republican voters are fed up with the way their representatives have knuckled under to the President's agenda and failed to avert the damage he's doing. Given that feeling it is the best interest of those representatives to not allow another non-conservative justice appointment. I can pretty much guarantee that if they do allow it there will be a lot of freshmen Republican Senators soon to follow. You might disagree with this and I'm okay with that. All I really care about is that my Senators not allow another liberal justice and I think they got my e-mails.
