  1. Japanese Winners on What's Wrong With American Ninja Warrior? · · Score: 1

Wasn't there a guy on the Japanese version that completed all of the courses once or twice? The Gas Attendant (Can't remember his name sorry). Also Most Extreme Elimination Challenge (MXC) was another excellent show that was mangled when brought to the US.

  2. Re:Mac Mini + Plex on Video Appliance For a Large Library On a Network? · · Score: 1

I have one of the WD boxes and works like a charm. HDMI Output and just plug in any external HDD, USB Stick OR USB/Firewire external CD/DVD drive and it's got a really nice easy interface with some sorting options. Have been using for Movies and Music but does pictures as well

  3. Halo on When PC Ports of Console Games Go Wrong · · Score: 1

Halo mistakenly called "Combat Evolved" for PC. Crashed mine more often than not

  4. Lucky Americans on Comcast To Cap Data Transfers At 250 GB In October · · Score: 1

My originally *unlimited* service here in Canada was capped at 20Gb down about 6 years ago and 10Gb up. I have to be careful downloading and playing online games as both count towards my totals! 250Gb down sounds like a dream.....

  5. Re:F5 IRule on AVG Fakes User Agent, Floods the Internet · · Score: 1

I just didn't enable the link scanner- worked for me

  6. Canadian CD Prices on HMV Canada Cuts Music CD Prices · · Score: 1

I don't know about elsewhere in Canada but here in Manitoba HMV generally charges about $35 a cd (sometimes before and sometimes after taxes) for any non special order or non import cd (I've seen Import labels on regular U.S. cd's) and of course somewhat more than that for import's etc. HMV prices are the main reason I got a computer - even now with a decent job I cannot afford to buy ANY new music. As much as I love to support the Arts - the music retail industry in Canada at least has made it impossible.
