Drives are binned at production for Quality

What these companies are doing after manufacture is binning the parts to how well they test. If they test poorly, they sell them as slower drives - it the test s have better results, they sell these as faster drives. Taking a slower drive and just speeding it up will work, but some things will fail - you just won't know what since you are doing an exhaustive QA testing on the device after you clock it. What happens when you overclock but then the temperature of the drive rises, then the quality drops!
Why don't consumers get legislation protecting them from monopolistic business practices...oh wait, I forgot these politicians got a lot of money from the media suppliers - thats right, they are the only one with rights now!
Say in some lawless country that people can link to and will link to the real site! Kind of like telling a friend to tell a friend about an article in the magazine. Which friend gets in trouble? The one with the knowledge or the one asking?
Where does the line get drawn? If they detect that you didn't download the ads because you had image loading turned off (or otherwise had some filter to block them), are they gonna come after you?
You are missing the point here. They are NOT redistributing the content. They are pointing to the content that is in its original distribution point!
As someone who defends to the death the rights of a content creator wouldn't you want to open channels that get content exposed to as many people as possible? Or, apparently you want to limit the reach of content creators so that only a small fraction of people see their valuable content.
I checked mine too and it was all set to yes, but I haven't received any junk mail at all in the past few months. All mail I have received to my yahoo account has been from people I know. Maybe they haven't started doing anything yet..

Does that make it any less useful for you? Jerry

Maybe you shouldn't have released your data to the public then...have you heard of a PDF file?

I can write scripts with c++, therefore it must not be a language either huh?
