Indeed. Although in this case, I do in fact read the forums.;) ( if you are talking about fedoraforum?).
I don't recall seeing any such bug.
As Adam notes, filing an actual bug is much more likely to get folks attention, but if you note your forum post I'd be happy to reply to you there too.
a) This is currently just a proposed feature for the next Fedora release. It's been discussed some on the Fedora devel list, but thats it. It's not yet been discussed by the Fedora Engineering Steering Comittee or even answered all the questions presented by the list. So, nothing is sure yet here, it's just a few folks proposing it at this time.
M9 is not really the "current state of the browser". M9 came out a while back... check ftp://ftp.mozilla.org:/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ of course the linux one in there is broken.;( I am using the snapshot from this morning to post this. it's pretty darn fast and nice for alpha code.
For those that need to keep up...

Well, according to 'finger @ftp.kernel.org' there is already a 2.3.1-pre1 patch... Perhaps it has more dangerous changes than the 2.3.0 one.;)

Not the case. Many people have GNOME/KDE/Xfce/LXDE installed. Simply select which you wish to use on login...
I can't imagine any case where this would happen.
Have you reported any bugs on it? Not against Fedora Xfce apparently, since I've never seen them (I'm one of the Fedora Xfce maintainers).
Just a few actual facts to note here:

b) The feature page is at:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/UsrMove
It had a lot more info and questions on it.
We will have to see how this plays out, it's way to early to tell, IMHO.
In this case the 'i386' refers to "the "i386" architecture" ie,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IA-32
The 32bit rpms you may note are .i686 and will not run on 386, 486 or 586 processors.
If you are looking for a good vpn package for linux, try openvpn:
openvpn
It was created a while back when all the other linux vpn products were not that great, and it seems like thats still the case.
Some nice pics of emmet and a penguin in there!
