And the reason you report is is because it is a deduction off of your state tax..
For awhile I was working in MA and living in NY, I had to pay income taxes in both but I was able to deduct my MA taxes (all of them including tolls).
More importantly your state taxes can be deducted from your federal taxes, which is well below the minimum standard deduction unless your in a higher bracket, hence if your poor and pay almost no taxes you can still deduct about 4K of income from federal taxes..
As someone who has family who work for ssi related services, I can tell you that most people without health insurance do not have it because they do not want to take the time to get it.
I will say that there is alot of red tape, but one could make the same case for the dmv
"Neutron stars are the vestiges of immense supernova explosions, collapsed stars with extremely compact cores, denser than all known objects except black holes. A teaspoonful of a neutron star would weigh one billion tons, as much as all the cars and trucks on Earth."
Does that include the weight of the teaspoon or not?

Oh my god physics has all changed, I gotta go back to school now....................
I don't think we will have the materials that could survive for any meaningful period of time on venus for quite sometime, especially with the current NASA emphasis on keepking price down.

In March 1982, the Soviet Union's Venera 13 and 14 spacecraft transmitted the only color photos ever taken of the Venusian surface.
The probe did not last very long, and as I recall it was not for lack of $$ and design put into it. Did it not have a diamond lens on its camera??

I'm a bit of a newb, but I would think two things are closer if you can use the same conf files but have to recompile the binaries, than if you could use the same binaries but cant use the same configuration.
With any strong UNIX skill set you can be extremely capable on any UNIX variant, but this is not true for windows..

I had heard that due to the shape of the universe there would be no big crunch, though the universe will die long before that matters....
