I relooked at that graph, which I didn't look at too closely because I have difficulty reading graphs and sheet music, and there's a button that says "share of taxes paid", and thought that should back them up. But the numbers in the graph don't make any sense to me and when the mouse is over it another number that doesn't seem to have any connection with the others, but then when I don't link to a particular story, only providing a search it's because... wait a minute... it's not always clear to me why I do it, but I think maybe this time it's if someone finds a page that doesn't help them, there are plenty more out there that may do better. But scanning some of the results, they don't even seem to bother to say "trust that we got them from the right government agency",
I don't see how rigged selections for final candidates to office is fair.
Less than half of voting age Americans voted for these people in power, but they don't count the votes not cast as a count against the person elected actually taking office. There are voting methods that more accurately reflect the will of the people and then there's the problem of only having one day to vote. People have obligations that interfere with having one day to vote. Make it a week to collect votes or something.
And as for your original statement, the conclusion that "it's not unfair" does not follow from your premise, "since the laws are defined by the many representatives we elected".
I don't expect anything. I can't find enough data to come up with an analysis of what should really happen. 68% is the percentage of tax income to the government comes from them, and not a percentage ot their income.
The tax system should look to getting more income for the government. If a person who is rich will get more for the government if they delay the taxes and wait until the rich person investment gets higher returns for the government then that's what it should do.There's probably exceptions though, and the tax system should be more transparent.
I had to look up AGI to find out it stood for adjusted gross income, but I couldn't find a list of possible adjustments.
The rich and powerful believe in hiding information from people, because they fear that, like Frankenstein's monster, segments of the populace will not understand it and act out in fear and at the very least disrupt society with weapons against easy targets. At least, that looks like what is happening.
Deserve is a funny thing. The Christians think we all deserve to go to eternal torment. Some people think we deserve to have everything about us repaired, even including our thought processes.
Also, I fail to see how much of anything is reasonable when it comes to modern copyright law and much of copyright's history as well.
Wealth in terms of money is only one aspect of the goods and services the government provides and enables. The rich and powerful make lots of decisions for us because they are afraid we'd mess it up. Until the rest of us take back the decision making, taxes aren't the only thing the rich are providing for us.
Just because they would get money without an exchange for something else doesn't mean that they think they will benefit from it. Nobody knows what all the costs are in doing this.
Remember before when I was talking about how you weren't anti-science? That was a metaphor. I wasn't actually talking about you. And I'm not sorry. You didn't react at the time, so I was worried it sailed right over your head. Which would have made this non-apology seem insane. That's why I had to say you weren't anti-science a second time just now."
And the funny thing is that I think maybe the original post meant that they didn't get paid to submit a paper, but having to pay is even worse. Who's really doing who a favor here?
I thought that depression was a brain-wide phenomenon, and if chemicals only signal locally then they can't have the global effect necessary for alleviating depression.
Only the ones that have gotten their state so corrupted and don't have documented ways to fix.
I've has problems with Internet Explorer that I was told the only solution was to uninstall and reinstall.
Windows 10 also tries to hide Control Panel for a Settings app. I used to click on a shortcut to This PC and then select Control Panel, but Settings was there instead. I just did a search Windows-S for Control Panel and it turned up. Navigating to the directory it is in and doing a windows search for it seems to be the only two ways of getting to it now.
How am I supposed to do that without uninstalling it when I can't do anything with it? And actually going to Edge settings just now the Open with option is set to "start page" not previous pages. Yet another feedback report to make.
There's more activity that goes on in a brain besides electrical activity. Neurons pass messages to each other by releasing chemicals to other neurons. That's why serotonin reuptake inhibitors work.

Money and law are just tools that societies use to manage the situation society has found itself in.
On the other hand, there are laws for something called expired debt, Here's a link describing it: http://www.foxbusiness.com/per...
It isn't copyright infringement if the laws of another country has passed a law saying it isn't and you happen to be in that country.

And I don't get your usage of fictive, which is defined as creating or created by imagination, because all laws are fictive.

You'd still have to prove you can pass an admissions test.
Because we don't need everybody working all the time in order to get our needs and wants met, perhaps? Maybe?

Why not take it from thin air?
Top 10% of income earners pay 68% of the taxes.
Sounds reasonable.
It's easy to say TANSTAAFL. It's much harder to figure out where the costs lie.

I'm not calling you anti-science.
I hear there are plenty of people in Mexico named Jesus, but I think in English speaking countries naming your child Jesus is taboo.

It appears you may have confused submission with subscription.
Yes, but what color is it?
If that's the case then how do Serotonin reuptake inhibitors work?

I tried using "flag this comment" earlier. It was broken.
