I have been using this service for 1 month now with mix results. I have seen the latencies that many have mentioned, although those can partially be mitigated through the use of a Caching DNS Server on the client side. Download speeds have been pretty good 400 kb/s - 1800 kb/s. The FAP (Fair Access Policy) also seems less aggressive/punitive than Starband's policy.
