Need a new identity, go visit your local back alley surgeon who is more than willing than to provide a chip with someone else's code. Since it's only a code to an entry in a database, you could always just hack the database itself and keep your code.
Privacy concerns--on scanning, only life critical information should be released. Further detailed information should only be released with a valid scan AND a user-provided password (provided that they can remember it and it's NOT their birthday). BCNU//jle
