i would have to guess that by most/.ers standards 25 (my age) would qualify me as a kid. i have seen both movies, when i saw spiderman it made me feel like a kid all over again. when i saw aotc, i was sad, not because it was so bad, but because mr. lucas has lost sight of what makes a movie great. i saw him on some mtv aotc special and he is just a dope, a very rich one....i can't wait to see a spidey #2!
IMO Spiderman is probably the best movie I have seen in my 25 years. The free-flowing movement of his webslingin', perdy MJ Watson, Dafoe plays an awesome Green Goblin. It made me think of the old TV show, the Atari game, all said, it made me feel like a kid again.
ATOC was a good movie. George Lucas has so much $$$ that he has lost sight of what made Star Wars cool, it was a movie that depicted the past (future) as we know it. Instead, we are treated to a sappy ass love story, some OK CGI, and a really rushed ending to the movie. I do admit the CGI is 100000% better than Episode I, but considering the old 3 movies still look better than the first 2 new ones. Doesn't monofilament line and some cheesey model cost substantially less than a farm of Linux boxes doing CGI?
