I agree my iBook G3 gets great battery life, at least 4 hours and I can watch an entire DVD with some power left over. (this is with Airport enabled)
Can't say the same about my powerbook though. Only get 2.5-3 hours on that.
I actually had the best experience with Apple. I got a $90 rebate on a printer within a couple of weeks... a lot faster that a Roxio rebate I sent in at the same time.
Everything I submit gets rejected, so I wasn't too careful checking my post this time, sorry.
As for the suggestion, I have emailed them, but so far they have not responded.
PS. Can't we build a spell checker right into SlashCode? I know I'm not the only one who can't spell.
What's the SB email. can't find it...

I have an 800Mhz iBook with 640 MB of RAM.
iMovie 3 runs really slow and crashes frequently on my machine. I performed the system cleanup and prebinding sugestions, but that did not help.
I looked at all the Plug-ins in ~/Library/iMovie/ and they are all from Apple.
Nothing worked, so I went back to iMovie 2 and it runs great.I am legally blind, and I use glases and a magnifier to read.
Given the fact that I basically have 2 lenses in front of my eyes, wouldn't it be possible to achieve the same result with contacts + glasses?
has anyone ever done this?
