Being a KDE enthusiastic I don't see how this could be entirely bad. This only shows the power of KDE and how heavily it can be customized. After all this is how

And the fact that RedHat finally seems to embrace KDE as a desktop environment for their distribution is also good news. However, removing the about-box really seems to be a violation of the license if the same information is not displayed anywhere else. Correct me if I'm wrong.
