Iraq never did anything to us? So the attempted assassination of George H. W. Bush isn't doing anything to us? There are also several bits of evidence connecting Iraq to the 9/11 attacks (Iraqi intelligence meeting with Mohommad Atta is one) Constantly moving anti-aircraft guns/missles into the no-fly zones (UN mandated) to target US/allied aircraft. It's not like Saddam has initated two wars of aggression or anything.

  3. Re:playboy sues lots of people on Internet Cafe Fined for Letting Users Burn Downloaded Music · · Score: 1

They are actually going after the people who try and steal their content, not Kazaa or Morpheus or CD burners. Bit of a difference.

I thought it said British Pornographic Industry. You ever notice that even though a lot of people steal pr0n, the porno industry never freaks out about it with the whole "We're losing billions!" schitck.

HAHAHAHA. You trampled my sacred cow? I just believe that your arguments are fairly ignorant of the reality of what most people, not linux geeks, have to deal with concerning spam. I could care less if there was a new law. I was merely pointing out that you were hypocritical. You can put odds are, in all likelihood, probably, or any other little modifier you want, that doesn't mean you aren't trying to label someone. Nice shitty one line argument responding to my shitty one line argument.

You find labels an excuse to stop thinking? Then you labeling people who propose laws as closet facists explains the illogic of your posts.

You (or some script kiddie) have ZERO right to impede the use of MY computer. I disagree You disagree. Great. Thanks for all the reasons you just gave for your opinion that anyone should be able to hack anyone elses computer. The logic of your arguments astound me.

  8. Who are they kidding? on New Patent for Serving Ads to Newspaper Sites · · Score: 1

Are they going to try and claim that any newspaper site that has advertisments on it falls under their patent? Good luck with that :)

  9. Re:Corporate BS on RoadRunner Blocking Use of Kazaa · · Score: 1

The Cobras can't really be copied. You can make something that appears to be a Cobra, with a similar engine. It isn't a Cobra. You can however make an EXACT DUPLICATE of CDs and DVD movies. You cannot tell the difference. Your argument falls somewhat flat on that principle. We can make exact copies of something for free, yet the music/movie industry insists on charging us the same or more to actually purchase it. THAT is where the essential problem lies.

  10. Re:Corporate BS on RoadRunner Blocking Use of Kazaa · · Score: 1

Of course if 1967 427 Cobra roadsters were able to be copied for about a penny, I kind of doubt the owner could justify charging $750k for them, but the music and movie industries don't seem to understand that.

Your third point is shows that YOU don't check your facts very much either. Albuquerque, while being at the same latitue as Phoenix, is also 5000 feet higher. It is usually very cold in February, and you're lucky to have fifty as the high, much less the low. Thanks for making it easy to make you seem foolish with the bold Albuquerque.
