    There have been plenty of places that have shown the document is a false.

    And this proposal does not change that, it only allows changes in the event there are so few people in an area it is not practical to run wire and there are alternative methods available to people.

  4. That is what the law says. Don't know about the paying back of the lines they still have to pay for towers and equipment so it would be up to the government organization that provided the subsidies and the requirements for getting those subsidies.

    It was not written by the lobbyists. Items of it were requested by a lobbyists for multiple companies based on ideas originally requested by AT&T.
    The real question is why do you have problems with people banding together and petitioning their government for a change in the law.

    Have not seen them in any German stores I go to. However I tend to use my change more in the Europe then I did when in the USA so the only change that tends to build up are 1 and 2 cents

    You are using an very old definition of net neutrality.
    Net neutrality is about if your ISP can block certain web sites, certain protocols or provide different levels of service to different sites or types of info. Read the current examples and they keep on using that your ISP could slowdown access to Google since the ISP is getting funding from Bing, or other names of search provides.
    Even the creator of BitTorrent worries that if net neutrality passes ISP will have not beable to block spam messages from your mailbox.

    Don't have a full blown tablet I use the ipad mini aka Apple Touch.
    Usage wise they are as you said a cool gadget for consumming content and writing short comments. If you want to produce content get a laptop.
    That said they are great for traveling and if I was still in a job where I was spending a good portion of the month in a hotel I would have purchased a full blown tablet and carried that around with me in addition to my laptop.

    There were no monsanto employees caught doing any of that. The story came about because someone monsanto sued made that claim saying he did not plant the fields of seeds but that monsanto did it at night as his defense.
    Also the illegal planting looks to be some what true. Monsanto has been looking to get thier seeds made legal in India as a test case they went to an government agency and as for permission for a test case and got the approval. It turned out it was the wrong agency becuase the agency did not have approval to grant the test case so Monsanto did plant seeds illegally after being told they were legal to do so.
    There is another case from India that the various uninformed sites like to make as illegal planting. Monsanto got approval from the local government, the government then changed the law saying it was illegal planets where then illegal it was then overturned and the original law saying they could plant was put back in case. So for a period of time monsanto did have illegal plants.

    Seed saving has not been done by professional farmers for decades. You have some organic farmers doing it on a small scale. It is costly and the quality of your seed goes down each year.
    Where it is used is gardeners and subsistance farmers.
    It may of been tradtional but it was also tradition for farmers to use animal power to till the fields.

    That is what I wanted and got, it is an Apple itouch mp3 player.
    You get everything as a smart phone but no GPS and phone. Everything is wifi. Great while traveling load everything into the device(do not get 8 Gigs to small) and if hotel or restaurant has free wifi just update the info I want.

    Since you have to remove each liquid container and individually place it in the scanner does not make this practical.
    Also the system is only good for patterns it detects so some compound is going to mess it up.

    You should do some research on Galileo he got in trouble with the scientists of his day because he was saying to throw out the teachings of Aristotle and go with some that "isn't fully scientifically researched, documented, and proven".

    It is still funny if you knew the full story.
    After that claim he came out and said he meant to said he did it for the commercialization of the Internet, when that was shown to be false the then came out that it was putting the government on the Internet, which he did lead a group on.

    From what I have read the water doing the cooling is closed but the pipes go down into the ground and the heat transfer goes into the running groundwater.
    So if you are downstream and using that water you will not notice a difference, but I cannot find anything about where the water finally goes to.

    The other ideas are even worse, how about giving producers a way of making a living and caring for their family? That you don't want to reimburse them the work they produced is just cheap on your part.

    New cars would not be the problem.
    Where the problem will be is with used parts. Thieves will get into the area and strip cars and sell the parts which will then enter normal supply routes. The only thing that way of solved this is flood may of ruined alot of items.
