While we're busy building walls of separation, let's build one between business and government. No lobbyists. No government-corporate connivance. Gee whiz, wouldn't it be a shame if some of those fortunes disappeared? Capitalism is a tool that needs free competition, not favoritism.
Clearly he is a terrorist.., taking on the terrorist RIAA. Ultimately, when you sell something it isn't yours anymore. Why should some people earn money for life for one accomplishment, artistic or otherwise. Better yet, why should a bunch of corporate types be able to set themselves up for life based on profits from the work of others, basically creating monopolies with their inherent price fixing opportunities. It just breaks my heart to see terrorists slay one another.
I got no sympathy for the middlemen setting the prices and doing most of the complaining about piracy. When the product is sold the ownership changes, no matter who is making the laws, and we all know it. What good does it do the working people of this country if the the corporatist class amasses huge amounts of money. Do they use it for anything good? Or,do they use it to oppress people in this country and around the world. The best thing that could happen is for them to go broke and quit hawking their inferior products at inflated prices.
Probably oil. The corporate bunch, i. e. neo-cons, immediately bad mouth any likely competition to oil. The present mess is destroying the power and prestige of the U. S. but all that oil money is keeping the monied aristocracy in power around the world. Notice any complaints from Wall Street about oil prices? When Georgie Porgie goes home, oil prices will come down.
I have flown thusly, and found the experience memorable but difficult to repeat. There seem to be several methods of initiating the experience, some being dreamlike (though not during sleep) and some aided by others, perhaps as described here. Whoever aspires to fly should meditate on flying, become one with flying, empty the mind of all other thoughts, whims, and desires. It sounds mystical, but it works. It's the "applications" that are difficult, because "trying" fills the mind instead of emptying it.
Because.., ESTOPPEL! You may not argue a point in court nor in any other legal filings nor forums, and later argue the "contradictory" position in that same forum nor any other legel forum. If you do so and the judge becomes aware of your disingenuous stance, he will cut you off at the knees.
However, the original idea is permissable; namely to make several arguments toward the same end which do not contradict nor preclude each other. This principle follows a case from the beginning, through the appellate process to the end... and even into another possibly unrelated case.
I've seen some pretty nice looking Mexican heifers around L.A. If that were a waddle, it gives the term a whold new meaning. Democrats may not be hypocrites, and besides, we need them because they will do what conservatives don't want to do... namely, take care of people and things which need help or protection. Just don't call on them to confront "evil".
"The problem with democracy is that the will of the majority tends to take on the virtue of morality." -Dr. David Matthews; U.of Alabama. Same old story...sheep mentality. Not always bad, but always worth questioning. Maybe Belluzzo finally asked the right question.

I built my own house, spent a lot of time instead of money; and have'nt spent a lot of time bellyaching about a contractor every since.
