Everything in the US (property wise) is owned by the Federal Reserve (the underwriter to the US dollar)
The 1913 Federal Reserve Act transfered all present and future property of the US and any US citizen to the Federal Reserve in exchange for unlimmited amount of printed currency:-), so since the US doesn't own anything, how can it pay of a debt? Monopoly money?
