but I killed my Fujitsu C laptop battery after 3 months of usage as a desktop (never used the battery in those 3 months). The laptop is barely 1 year old...

Perhaps thats why they want you to buy those extended warranties....

I don't think so. How can you pay off a debt if you don't own anything? Everything in the US (property wise) is owned by the Federal Reserve (the underwriter to the US dollar) The 1913 Federal Reserve Act transfered all present and future property of the US and any US citizen to the Federal Reserve in exchange for unlimmited amount of printed currency :-), so since the US doesn't own anything, how can it pay of a debt?
