  1. TV/VCR Remotes on Modding Laser Tag Gear? · · Score: 1

Infra-Red remotes triggered our Laser-Tag knock-off sensors. After getting kicked out of the EE building on campus we moved on to steam tunnel exploration.

  2. Remote Controls... on Modding Laser Tag Gear? · · Score: 1

My first two years of college we played with the knock-off Laser Tag gear. We found that IR Remotes triggered the sensors. For what its worth they don't like it when you play in a university building. Even if its an EE building. Ah well, we moved on to steam tunnel exploration.

  3. Hardly Labor on Saving the Net · · Score: 1

How would you propose the `bulls` force a homocidal criminal who cares little for doing what you expect or ask? If they cared they wouldn't be there. How do you force them? You can't. Why give them an opportunity to escape and reinfect society?

The problem with death-sentences not being a detterant, as I see it, is that they are not linked to the crime as a consequence for murder. The temporal distance is to great for society to keep in its consciousness. Consquences need to be swifter with more media attention. Remind us, comfort us...

There will, are, were a few innocents `murdered` by the state but honestly I don't mind. Its not me or anyone I know.

    "...all I hear..." quoted above

Exactly! Thats all you are hearing because the news of shady acounting practices is dominating the media outlets with the most public weight. What about the vast majority of law abiding companies?

Before you tear into me for "law abiding" and state that some of this is legal; I lumped them into the unlawful as that is what you "have heard" about. Its easier than trying to say ethical accounting practices as that would incite the goofs here who can't scale a conversational context.
