A somewhat similar situation is present in USA too, where the President mentions the "Internets" and a senator describes the Internet as "Not a big truck, but a series of tubes". But the governors in Turkey may be in a more desperate situation. They just don't understand, and they act as if they are in total control of the situation. Actually, we all know how big a scandal is this, and really embarrassed about it.
