Personally, I think it comes down to Voter Responsibility. If you are going to vote, make sure that you do everything possible before going to the polls to make sure that you won't have problems at the polls. Make sure you contact your Board of Elections to make sure you are on the rolls, and work to correct it before you get to the polls.
1) M$ writes that under the settlement the claimants must sign under penalty of purjury. That is not possible using the website and thus may invalidate the claimants rights under the settlement.
Good point, however, when I electronically submit my taxes to the IRS, I have to agree to a statememt that is very similar to this, and am able to "digitally sign" my return. That's leagal, so why shouldn't the Lindows website be legal?
It's long overdue for law enforcement to prosecute spammers for cracking (evasion of antispam filters, relay-raping, disseminating viruses to create zombie spamboxes, etc). Many of the people that do get prosecuted for cracking do less damage and target fewer victims (by several orders of magnitude) than the typical spammer.
Think this may be a chance to use the DMCA for good, and not evil?

I've been playing Talking Points Bingo. I just need you to say something about tax cuts for the rich, and I win. Could you help me out with that?
As it is, I need to keep duct tape wrapped around my head to keep it from exploding. Glenn Beck fan, eh?

You can still ask about a Beowulf cluster of these...

Okay, so that's one vote, what about the rest of 'em?
You forgot about the screaming kid behind you that should be kicking the back of your seat.
I use Popfile It's a Bayesean filter that is configured with an HTML interface. Very easy to use, and fairly accurate.
