seriously, who uses that crap? OHH! can I please have some more spyware on my machine!! I really love programs that own your computer on start up, hog resources, bug you for "upgrades" and updates every 5 minutes, and take over file associations without permission. Apple did windows users a great service.
I don't think so, I used to work for best buy. When a customer gets a free trial of MSN, they have to choose a username IN THE STORE, and press confirm on about 2-3 different screens at the register. That should be a big hint that you are signing up for service. They also scan their own credit card and the screen CLEARLY states what they are signing up for. Suing someone because you are a complete idiot and cannot read is not vaild.
after all, like it or not (and I don't) distributing and downloading copywrited material is illegal. It will give us owners of massive 0day ftp sites and P2P users a chance to bone up on network security!
