That is recorded from a live stream and the bitrate is what TsN was using for their Shoutcast. I did not adjust or change anything from the cast.
The reason it is a rar instead of a zip or left as an mp3 is, I set the appliance up to reject hotlinking of zip's and exe's with
SetEnvIfNoCase Referer "^http://www.yoursite.com/" local_ref=1 <FilesMatch ".(zip|exe)"> Order Allow,Deny Allow from env=local_ref </FilesMatch>
The site Gamers-Ammo is a Vserver and I have not adjusted the config's to allow Zip's to download from that server. I renamed it to a rar and told the person who was originally getting the files this. It was not left an mp3 because the person was having trouble downloading in mp3 format, for whatever reason. The page was not supposed to be made public, although that is not a real concern.
