    Well, except that it does. google on .org suffix domain and you will find that .org generally means US, thats why there are the .org.uk,.org.au,.org.ca, etc. CAN a global entity use just .org, SURE, but .org generally means us.

    When they are both involved in illegal activities, and meet secretly, yes, we should be concerned.

    If Joey Badabing, lieutenant in the copa family is observed entering a limo owned and occupied by chavo guerrero of the "mexican mafia" and also occupied by stefan gorbachev of the "russian mafia" is it more reasonable to assume they are discussing guns and drugs?? or the sale at walmart on personal hygene products??

    Sure, but when High level representatives actually meet face to face, this is indicative of futher contact and greater collaboration, so while Saddaam and Osama never sat around a campfire and sang kumbaya, members of their team with authority to make decisions shared intel and likely co-ordinated areas of "interest".

    Question 1 should read "Has evidence been found that Iraq was working with Al-Qaida?--- Answer YES

    Did WMDs exist in Iraq prior to the war extending to the present? Yes again

    Does world opinion in any way trump national sovereignty in choosing to finish a twelve year war? -- finally a no.

    You realize that the 9/11 commission concluded that Saddaam Hussein was in cahoots with al qaeda and that the best conclusion from the evidence on "invasion day" was that there were WMDs(and I believe there are) and that they would be used against the US.

    When you are mistaken and draw a conclusion based on the best available information, you aren't lieing, you are mistaken.

    Just because they aren't nice, doesn't mean they aren't smart businessmen. After 120 years of selling technology solutions, they have the know how to be around for another 100.

    Are they the big dog/gorilla, YES, can/do they throw that weight around ... FOR SURE.

    BUT IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER, they support you as long as you remain a customer. They provide tech specs and driver support for every workstation they have ever sold. need a bios for a 5150, they have it. Need a video driver for a PS/2 model 25 8086 ISA system just download it.

    They don't sell hardware or software, long ago they realized that selling solutions is how you live forever and that is what they do now and then. And when you look at them from that perspective they begin to make much more sense.

    IBM has a history of making and learning from mistakes, and I predict that those processes will be further refined in the future.

    It allows the potential for the scattered few to have the same power as the consolidated many. It is the final barrier of state vs federal rule. Historically there were other barriers, but time and various wars have eroded some of those barriers.

    Sure, there are non-practicing and variant athiests.

    But there are also fundamentalist evangelical(militant) athiests. If atheism is NOT a religion, then it's practice is not constitutionally protected and can be either required or prohibited by law without violating the first ammendment. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

    Marriage issue.
    Marriage capital M is a religious and political issue. as a religious issue it is about a man and a woman making babies. as a political issue it is about inheritance rights and child support.

    OTOH should 2-3-4-5..100 adults of arbitrary gender be able to enter into profit sharing and procreational/recreational contracts? sure, but it isn't marriage, and without children it isn't a family. Of course, I know of "married" couples that have no obvious reason for being that way. as they live in seperate states and "date"

    And an educated populace is less likely to be a burden on society by entering either the prison or welfare system. And thusly the education system works like the social security system in reverse ... you pay all your life for what you have(or could have) received vs paying for what you will receive.

    Uh, YOU forgot the rest of the story, Dudley was fighting with his daughter and he refused to identify himself, not even a "Hi I'm dudley I want a lawyer". his daughter assaulted the police officer and he was standing at the driver's side of a vehicle on a major highway which to a reasonable observer(the officer) would indiate that he was the operator. dudley was a fool. and we are better off for that ruling which defines clearly what can and can't be asked for at a roadside.

    Learn situational awareness. There are three kinds of scenario... win-win, win-lose, lose-lose. If you are stopped by the police evaluate your scenario. if you find you are in a no-win scenario do what it takes to make it lose-lose. Where were you in alabama that it was 20 degrees?? and why weren't you dressed for the weather if you were a pedestrian??

    The form of government used in the US works, precisely because it doesn't. In every arena there are obstacles. 3 branches, 2 houses, the electoral vote, etc 6 year terms, 2 year terms, 4 year terms, life terms. ALL of these conspire together to produce a government which effectively changes every 2 years.

    Revolution you say?? ok, vote the losers out. look we've changed our government and there aren't dead people in every street.

    Bad law. change it.

    Yes, the two party system appears to have problems, YES there isn't substantial choice, but that is why the system works... it is handicapped and broken and that is it's great strength.

    I'm not certain that it is reasonable to expect to make a 'Federal Work Program' competitive against minimum wage jobs, BUT if it could be competitive then it becomes a viable "leg up" like the work programs after the depression and like Welfare was intended.

    Make it available to all, regardless of citizenship and like the military provide fast-track citizenship programs in conjunction.

    You are right, we won't take anyone, however we will take almost anyone who wishes to improve his lot in life.

    also there are the Job corps, americorps, city year and other programs that are available. I'm also more toward libertarian, but I would see no problem with a "mandatory" federal work program. something along the lines of required "enlistment" or college entry within 1 year of HS termination or 18th b-day whichever came later. 2 year minimum term in exchange for college "assistance" duties to primarily be trash patrol, TSA screening type duties, conventional service, etc. No one eligible to be turned away and reasonable provision for family farm type waivers... perhaps even allowing certain industries to apply for persons to be assigned.

    A lot of the PDFs are disabled from copying (such as requiring the original CD, or have printing disabled). I believe the disabling of these "secuirty measures" is trivial to bypass.
    I assure you it is trivial, however given the subject matter, the proof is left as an exercise for the reader. :)

    So you buy the $5 OOP version and co-ordinate with a rich classmate, or co-op for the correct problem-set/order ... If an entire class buys oop books and shares one new or even checks a library copy to renumber the problems, there is another solution.

    ACTUALLY anyone who wishes to sell himself into 4 years of slavery will recieve a free college education and vocational education. It isn't that hard. and there are other benefits, medical, retirement, etc.
