I am ashamed to say that that is also the first I can remember downloading... on a sunday... I went out that tuesday and stood in line to buy the album I had just downloaded(Pre-release) and from then on I was hooked on try before you buy music...
IF the label promotes "bootlegging" it isn't bootlegging, it is an alternate distribution channel and until that alternate distribution channel is properly informed(C&D Letter) AOL will not have an actionable case.
However if it does come to court the only thing the "bootleggers" will need to prove is that they had been authorized in the past to distribute this material. and anything prior to the formal notification otherwise is non-actionable.
ONly if the brokers are complicit. OTOH if Joe canopy member wishes to pump and johnny does the dump, it doesn't matter whether joe gets the shares johnny dumped or not.. and they could use different brokers or a collection of brokers...
Now this does not make this allegation legal, it simply absolves the brokers of liability.

Or just run it through the dishwasher. First tho take the keycaps and put them in a mesh laundry-type bag so they don't get lost...
Then let the keyboard dry for a few hours and all the gunk is gone...

I meant Itunes as a complete music tool, Ripping, Burning, autodownloading to ipod, and playing music locally on my 4+1 system.

Well it already has a color LCD capable of displaying up to 8 lines of text... seems reasonable that they could add that at a future point.

How will this kill the Ipod without Itunes... IIRC Itunes only supports the Ipod.. Or does the Iriver have RTunes?
