It does have CAT5 (well CAT6 actually) everywhere, does have highly efficient appliances and heating and coling systems - so what's your problem. BTW - they are highly sort after here in areas of the UK.
The cameras are at the four year old prototype in the UK and, yes it is dark here at present. And there's been so much traffic that we've knocked over the cotnrol server until I reboot it tomorrow - UK time.
Yes - 30% less construction waste is correct and with significantly lower power and water consumption in use. BTW, it is also designed for dismantling and recycling at end of life.
The Hong Kong design is exactly that - a 40-storey 6 or 8 flats per storey tower designed to be built at one storey every two days. It's what they need in that environment where the availablity of land is so tight. I'm one ff the design enginers.
