I agree. I've had my Ogio Metro for alittle over a year. Plenty of room. It's comfortable. The pockets are just the right size for my mouse, AC brick, and various cables.
I looked at alot of laptop briefcases and backpacks (Targus, Columbia, etc.) and the one I liked best is called the Ogio Metro. I ended up getting it at ebags.com ebags.com. I've had it for about 5 months now and am very happy with it.

Take the stairs not the elevator.
When you go to lunch, walk the long way (I do 2 laps around our buildings walking fast enough to elevate my pulse).
Situps, small barbells, etc. but not necessarily at work.
I agree. Into that mix I add Mozart, Corelli, Handel, the Klezmatics, and Tower of Power. Sort of wierd.
