Every Xmas one of the folks in the neighborhood puts up decorations that emit a purplish light. It never fails to give me a sinus headache. Older Xenon lights did the same thing.
I use multiple ISPs to send mail (1 at home, 2 on the road). All three use dynamic IPs. One ISP(AT&T) uses lots of dynamic IPs.
I don't host my domain, so it's going to be next to impossible for me to have control over configuring the mailserver.
I bought my domain so I would never have to change email addresses again and as a front for my business so potential employers can contact me. If my initial messages to them are tagged as spam, I'll lose to do business.
Furthermore, this isn't going to stop an unscrupulous ISPs from setting up zillions of domain names and throwaway accounts to send spam through.

Obviously they'd catch on if there were only a few, redirects and anonymizers. In any case, I've set up a demo of what I mean at http://g.mistere.org and http://a.mistere.org in case it's not glaringly obvious what I have in mind.
