Saw this with a wired keyboard once -- before Ethernet, had a few dozen VT220 character-cell keyboards connected to a Vax 785 at the HEC in Tasmania. One of the terminals was working quite well, despite being completely unplugged from its terminal interface. All the cables were bundled together with cable ties and we were getting perfect crosstalk. This was in 1985 or thereabouts.
My late uncle Lee Adams (Disney's first electrical engineer) invented the fog machine and held the first patent.
Hold a hessian bag over the spigot of a CO2 cylinder (wear gloves) and crack the valve intermittently. You'll end up with a bag full of dry ice, created by refrigeration from the rapidly expanding vapour.

Sigh...I miss VMS I think. DCL was a brilliant scripting language and i made a fat living off the system crashes.
Encryption is supported by transport protocol, typically HTTPS.

We're looking at Abiword at work. V.nice, but doesn't seem to read hyperlinks when loading a document from word.
Very pretty interface though.
